Privacy Policy
This policy transparently explains what data is handled by pratikit.ch and the PratiKit app.
Data controller
The controller is the publisher of PratiKit identified in the Legal Notice. Use the Contact page for any request concerning your data.
Visiting the website
The server and hosting provider may process technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system. This supports operation, security and error diagnosis. Retention depends on the hosting configuration. PratiKit uses no targeted advertising or advertising analytics.
Contact form and idea box
The contact form sends the name, email address, subject and message entered. The idea box sends the idea text and selected language. These contents are emailed to PratiKit and retained only as long as needed to handle the request.
To prevent abuse, the site keeps non-reversible fingerprints of the IP address and submitted content, with timestamps. Rate-limit data is progressively removed after one day and duplicate-detection fingerprints after no more than thirty days.
Browser demo
The demo uses a strictly necessary session cookie and browser local storage to preserve the current trial temporarily and enforce its limits. The server session expires within 24 hours. Opening a new trial from the site or two hours of inactivity resets it. No account or advertising profile is created.
App data
Lists, notebooks, names, groups, choices, scores and settings remain stored locally on the device. PratiKit does not synchronise them automatically between devices. When supported, users may send content through the device share function. The selected service then applies its own privacy rules.
App Store, Google Play and external links
Apple and Google process data needed for downloads, payments and app management under their own policies. PratiKit does not receive complete payment details. An external destination is contacted only when you choose to open its link.
Your rights
Under applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion and object to certain processing. Use the Contact page to exercise these rights. Identity verification may be required where necessary to protect your data.
