Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the website, browser demo and PratiKit app.
Purpose
PratiKit provides practical tools for lists and notebooks, organising people or tasks, making decisions and keeping score. The website demo is intentionally limited and may differ from the complete app.
Licence
Purchase or download grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use PratiKit on devices authorised by the download platform. Code, content and visual identity are not transferred.
Purchases and refunds
Downloads, payments, installations and refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their terms. PratiKit currently sells no subscription or service directly on the website.
Local data and sharing
The app works without an account. Data remains on the device and is not synchronised automatically. Users are responsible for backups, sharing and keeping exported files. Deleting the app or device data may result in loss.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the website or app, bypass security measures, disrupt the service, automate abusive submissions or use content unlawfully or against third-party rights.
Results and availability
Random choices, assignments and scorekeepers are assistance tools. Users should check important names, rules, scores and results. The website and app may be corrected, updated or temporarily unavailable.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, subject to mandatory consumer protections in the user’s country of residence. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law.
